Today, there are many very solid home grown entrepreneurs doing very well in this industry; the quality of their products can be bench marked side by side what you get from the high profiled multinationals hitherto dominating the industry.

what we saw at the complex of this business was not just a complete state of aesthetic display of high quality furniture, but a combination of royalty and affordability. The summary of it is, you can have a blend of home grown creative works that pay so much attention to details, without downplaying on quality.

Q: Can we meet you?
A: My name is Mrs. Sule Blessing ,from Edo State ,a graduate of computer science from universe of Benin ,am in my mid-40s, I Am a furniture maker /interior decorator, am into building also. My target audience is everyone, corporate organizations, schools, government
Q: what are the challenges in this line of trade?
Life itself is a challenge; in business one must face challenges, the challenges make you stronger. As with all industry trends, proper planning is key to navigating the competitive landscape. The top challenges currently facing furniture manufacturers are skilled labour shortages, increasing costs, and fluctuating customer demand; but we haven’t rest on our oars, we are doing far above the industry standards in terms of growth and increased customer base.
Q: which major organizations do you have on your customer list.
A: we have done a lot for many high profile organizations, high net worth individuals. Notable amongst them include West African gas pipeline,MTN (ladipo) etc. yes the general economic climate has not been so supportive, for obvious reasons, but we are not doing badly by any metrics.
Q: so, where do you see this business in the next 5years?
A: hmmmmmm, our short term plan span a period of 5 years, which include us spreading across all the major cities in the country, we are also looking at increasing our staff strength to meet up with this growth plan. Then we can look at extending our operations to the sub Saharan regions of Africa.
