Falcon Corporation has announced a significant strategic investment from Energy& LLP, a subsidiary of EverCorp Industries. This investment follows the exit of BKM & S Konsult Limited, whose equity stake was acquired by Energy& LLP. The move signals strong investor confidence in the long-term potential of Nigeria’s gas sector and highlights the increasing importance of indigenous companies in expanding the nation’s energy infrastructure.
Falcon Corporation, founded by Professor Joe Ezigbo and Mrs. Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, has spent over three decades building its reputation as a leading player in Nigeria’s gas space. The company operates across pipeline infrastructure development, natural gas sourcing and distribution, as well as LPG storage, distribution and sales.
According to Mrs. Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, the partnership with Energy& LLP marks a major milestone that will support the company’s vision for deeper expansion across the gas value chain while maintaining its strong indigenous identity. Professor Joe Ezigbo added that the collaboration aligns perfectly with Nigeria’s drive to increase domestic gas utilization and deliver cleaner, more reliable and affordable energy to industries and households across the country.
With this new capital, Falcon Corporation plans to expand its gas pipeline and distribution networks to reach more industrial customers and accelerate the development of its large-scale LPG storage and jetty facility in Rivers State. The company aims to enhance supply reliability, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen safety standards across its gas assets to meet rising national demand.
The investment has received necessary approvals from regulatory bodies including the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) and the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC). With these approvals in place, Falcon Corporation is positioned for a new phase of growth and increased impact in Nigeria’s evolving energy landscape.
This partnership reinforces Falcon Corporation’s leadership role within Nigeria’s gas sector and reflects growing investor confidence in the capacity of indigenous companies to drive sustainable development across the country.
